Ramie fiber is one of the oldest fibers, used for millennia, known for being very resistant, for its ability to maintain its shape, have few wrinkles and for having a shine similar to that of silk. 

It is a sustainable fabric since it requires less water and pesticides than other textile crops, it grows quickly, and with a high production per hectare, thus minimizing its environmental impact. In addition, it is a biodegradable and recyclable fabric.

The ramie fibers in Cortana collections are woven using traditional methods. This can create slight variations in thread thickness on different garments.
